Great breakfast
Good morning! Luckily, I only stayed one night at this hotel on Saturday, March 16th. For me... it was a nightmare. Aside from the dust, the room was infested with bedbugs. Given the rather high prices, can't they afford mosquito nets? Another thing... I think the walls are made of plasterboard, because you could hear everything being said in the other rooms. Highly not recommended... I would have slept better in the car.
Bad experience!!! Not even the Digos (Italian special forces) makes all those reservation requests... used to traveling all over the world, never seen anything like this! When asked to keep the room a couple of hours longer, they were willing to pay a supplement, strictly leaving the rooms at 10:00 am! Old structure, not up to the 4-star standard... the breakfast room smells bad... the reception staff is truly rude!
