We stayed here for our wedding in September 2018. The price was a little high, but we booked anyway as it was right next to our wedding venue, has lots of space, a big pool and a bridal suite. Unfortunately actually staying there was a little stressful. When I arrived the bridal suite was not particularly clean (dead bugs everywhere) and the bathroom was tiny and outdated. The pool was not very clean either. The owners kept switching the electricity off so often we had no air conditioning, or even wifi the day before the wedding when I desperately needed to coordinate the arrivals of guests from various countries. There was no one else staying at the hotel at the time, but we had booked six rooms including the bridal suite, so you'd think they could leave the lights on for us! We were constantly asking for the electricity to be put back on. When we came to pay the bill we were also charged for food that we didn't have, and when we complained the owner said “you had the whole hotel to yourself, so you can pay a bit more. What's the problem?” We'd already paid several thousand euros for our stay so it was quite shocking that they were demanding even more. Perhaps they assume that all foreigners are rich? It's a shame as the hotel is beautiful, the food was excellent (if expensive) and the staff were kind. But it seems the owners think penny-pinching is more important than having happy customers recommend the hotel to others.
