Beautiful modern hotel. We didn't expect much after reading reviews, but hotel was wonderful. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Beautiful clean rooms. We also enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Very good food and drinks and good prices. We took the shuttle to and from airport for 6 euros each. Took a minute to figure out the lights, had to insert room key. Room had everything you need, coffee maker, blow dryer, razors, shampoo, mini fridge, also drinks and snacks. The only downside was pool was closed and no free breakfast due to holiday. We would definitely stay here again.

The building itself and the room we had was really nice. Roberto was super fantastic, friendly and very helpful. As for the front desk: unorganized with a lack of communication. Our flight was canceled so we scheduled one night through American Express. Within minutes of the booking, we were rescheduled again on another flight the day after. I asked at check in if we could stay two nights as our flight was canceled again. We were told yes and that we wouldn’t have to change rooms and could remain where we were. “Just let me know” was the front desk person’s response. So I told her yes, we would need two nights. I don’t know what made me make sure but when I did, I was told that there were no more rooms at all and maybe if there were, we would have to change rooms altogether. After a discussion with the staff at the front, I was told that it was possible to stay but it would cost me and I should be aware of the nightly rate. Of course I would. I wasn’t expecting to stay for free. I found this completely unprofessional and disorganized since I had to describe who I talked to more than once. A stay in this circumstance shouldn’t be aggravating since it’s location is so close to the airport: canceled flights do happen all the time. Dealing the the airlines was more than enough but this was unnecessary aggravation due to poor communication and lack of helping with our accommodations since we stayed where we were from the beginning like I asked at check in. If it was not for the front desk/reception, this place would be perfect.

This is perhaps the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The sound insulation of the rooms is so bad that you can hear everything in the next room. I booked it for an early flight the next morning but was barely able to sleep. I could hear everything from the next room, the music of the movie they’re playing, their conversation and constant coughs. After I called the front desk to seek a solution, the person who picked up was quite unfriendly and told me basically they could do nothing about it. When I called again half an hour later, another person told me that they will come up to give me a key to a different room. After I got up around 1am to pack all the stuff in the room, they never actually came up to do the room switch for me. I eventually got so tired and passed out for a couple of hours. This is really disruptive for I was hoping to get some good rest before the early long distance flight.
