Rocco Forte Hotel Savoy

Beautiful hotel; incredible service…within the first few hours, the entire staff knew our name. They made it a point to learn our names and make the experience seem intimate. The food at Irene was wonderful. Room service was timely and got our orders right (this rarely happens). The service was great. Beautiful hotel; large bathrooms, lovely bathtub. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very cute bar inside the hotel; fun good drinks and snacks. The location could not have been better - middle of all that’s happening in Florence. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

From moment we entered Hotel Savoy I knew it was going to be an amazing experience. We were greeted with such warmth and pleasantness. Their room was absolutely beautiful and all of the amenities are amazing. I was celebrating a special birthday and the team decorated my bedroom with happy birthday decorations, and all these beautiful goodies all to my surprise. It was such a thrill and I appreciated it all so much. We also loved the bar room. The bartender made the best drinks and the outside restaurant was amazing and great for people watching. The staff could not be more helpful, accessing us transportation to our next destination And I miss them all already. If you want a once in a lifetime experience in Florence stay there, Not to mention, the location was the best!!!

I stayed here with my family for a one-week vacation, and I have to say — I would happily relive every single day. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, spotless, and we had a lovely view of the plaza. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The restaurant was amazing — the breakfasts in particular were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. We can’t wait to come back!
