Check-in was a breeze, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stations, making it easy to get around. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely bonus! The hotel itself is quite large and feels like a bit of a maze at first, but with several lifts available, getting to room was convenient. Our room was impressively clean, bright, white, and spotless with no stains at all. You can tell the host really pays attention to the little details. The room was thoughtfully designed with trendy touches, including a high quality sound system and excellent soundproofing, which made our stay extra comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience and best hotel we stayed in Italy!
Highly recommended! The room was very spacious, and all the facilities were modern and well-maintained. The bedding was exceptionally clean—one of the few places I’ve stayed in Europe where the pillowcases didn’t make my scalp itch. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. While the location isn’t right in the middle of tourist attractions, it’s pleasantly quiet, and there are great coffee spots nearby. Plus, the T2 tram stops right outside the hotel, offering direct access to both the train station and the airport, which makes getting around very convenient.
