City Life Hotel Poliziano by R Collection Hotels

Everything was as I expected—clean room, helpful staff, and a great location in the City Life area. The design is modern and the check-in process was smooth. Only downside for me was the bed; I didn’t find it very comfortable, but that might come down to personal preference. Overall, a solid stay if you’re visiting Milan.

We had a comfort stay here in April 2025. The room was clean and staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was very good. It is a walking distance from Gerusalemme and Doomodossola metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere in or out of milano

Convenient location. The room was a bit dated but functionally fine. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom, whilst small, was fine: well equipped, decent water pressure and there were plenty of towels which were changed every day of our stay. The WiFi was very slow, even with the included free voucher for the supposedly faster connection (I couldn't tell the difference from the free/slower service). The staff were friendly and we had no issues checking in very late at night. Overall positive and I would consider staying here again when in Milan
