Had a good experience here. Recommend. Location - short walk from Centrale station, though it's not an easy walk if you are carrying tons of luggage due to condition of sidewalks. Hotel - looks trendy and contemporary. The elevator takes some getting used to, but gives comfort knowing it's not easy for random people to get to your floor. Room - good condition, nice and clean, no complaints. Service - often a lineup due to guests checking in and out all hours of the day, but we had no problems. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel restaurant was closing, the front desk person was nice enough to call a nearby restaurant to confirm they were still open and able to do takeout orders.

Very good hotel as it is close to Milano Centrale station. Our room was clean and beds got made several times by the staff. Breakfast was very nice as well and the staff were very helpful and kind. Recommend this hotel for people traveling to Milan.

We reserved a room for three people. After a long five-hour train ride, we arrived tired and hungry. We quickly dropped off our bags and freshened up before heading out for a late lunch. At that point, I noticed there were only two sets of towels, so we stopped by the front desk to request an extra set for the third guest. When we returned, we realized the sofa bed hadn’t been made—there were no pillows, blankets, or sheets provided. On our way out again for a city tour, we informed the front desk that we needed everything to make up the sofa bed. Later that night, we came back around 8 PM to find just a pillow and a single flat sheet—still no blanket or anything else. I went down again to the front desk to ask, and the man working there became visibly upset. He told me I should’ve asked for everything the first time by counting how many times I was there asking for things, to which I responded that the room should’ve already been prepared for three guests, given the reservation. He simply said there must have been a mix-up—without any apology. It was frustrating to have to make three separate requests just to get the room properly set up, but such a response from Marriott Brand Hotel was a huge disappointment. Additionally, the room we received was an accessible room which we didn't request for, and the bathroom had some major issues. There was no shower door—just a curtain—so water flooded the entire bathroom no matter how careful we were. There were no counter space in the bathroom or even a place to hang a hand towel. We were continuously juggling while getting ready in the bathroom. On top of that, the bathroom had a persistent odor that smelled like sewage under the floor, probably from shower water flooding everywhere. Overall, the lack of preparation, poor customer service, and bathroom design made for a disappointing experience. A room reserved for three should be ready for three—without repeated trips and excuses. The hotel’s only convenience is its proximity to Milan Central Station. The surrounding area has limited food or shopping options. It may be suitable for a short business stay, but not for leisure travel. Of the four hotels we stayed at across Italy, this was by far the worst. We won’t be returning, and we wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family.
