Ostuni a Mare

I stayed here for business and the experience was absolutely A+. I stayed in one of the unrenovated, smaller rooms, which was still clean and decent with all necessary amenities. The hotel property is massive. Every evening, we stayed by the bar with our group which did not bother other hotel guests. My room was on the far end though, so I had to walk a few minutes to get to the common areas. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, hotel staff did the most to ensure a pleasant stay, motivating guests to participate in activities. The pools are an added bonus, even with full occupancy, it never felt crowded or cramped. We were a little disappointed with the train being out of service but alternatives were offered and we were pleased to learn a sustainable train would come in its place. The beach was large and well serviced. Some things that would be nice is a refillable water fountain, and no singe use plastics. I would definitely come back privately as would my whole group! Nice hotel, 3 pools with a pool bar and a restaurant. Small stripe at the beach with a restaurant/bar, towels and sun chair included. Service was good, but not excellent. The dinner in the restaurant was very good, price value appropriate. The hotel is located quite close to a motorway (Landstraße), which was not very disturbing as there is a general speed limit in Italy. But one should know it. We spend only one night according to our travel plans but would have spend a couple more if we had other plans.

Hotel is large and very nice. The cost is a little high but as the beach sun beds, towels and parking are all included it evens it to some extent plus it’s very convenient. The is a golf buggy cart to beach or a 6-8 min walk. Pools are nice all facilities including rooms are v clean. Breakfast is also good with plenty choices and fresh fruit. The drawback for me is that it’s not a very exciting hotel. Ie in 1st week July the bar is was empty and there is some piano pre dinner but otherwise not much in terms of entertainment. Ditto for for the dinner, you’re better off heading into Ostuni or a restaurant nearby.
