Hotel Meditur Pomezia

Hotel is almost near to cinecittà world, about 10km. The hotel is not a new building, more maintenance will be appreciated, but room is clean, and staff really kindly. Breakfast is fresh and made.

Absolutely worst service and rude staff. We were a group of 48 people from India and we reached the hotel on 11th June 2019 at around 10:30 pm in the night after a journey of 300 kms. We were really shocked to find that the A/c was not working in any of the rooms. When we confronted the hotel Manager he simply stated that the AC has malfunctioned at around 4 pm in the evening and will be ready by the next day only.We had a long flight to India the next day and we really wanted to get a good sleep. The hotel manager had plenty of time to inform us of the AC malfunctioning and we could have booked another hotel but he chose not to inform us and rudely asked us to speak to our agency in India. The Indian time at the time was 2:00 am . He refused to refund the money and also to provide us alternate accommodation. There were no other hotels nearby and we were forced to continue our stay there. In the morning at 6:30 am ,a housekeeping staff entered our room while we were asleep without even knocking. The staff dont even know which rooms were occupied and which are not. The bathrooms were dirty and the food provided for breakfast was also cold and stale. Absolutely Terrible. Do not recommend.

Very bad breakfast. Rooms are old, stinky and dirty. In bathrooms are mushrooms. I had vomit stain on carpet in my room. I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars...
