All Seasons

Room was not bad for the price. Location close to Manzoni train station and most sightseeing attractions, eg. Colosseum. Owner has many restrictions and requests though, eg. not allowed to use hand-held shower, air-con temperature setting cannot change, hair dryer wind strength glued at Min. Food wise, the restaurant just downstairs, The Padellacio 2, was great. The Owner would recommend us the restaurant across the road, da Bastiano ai Romani, and that the restaurant owner was his friend, but that restaurant was a tourist trap.

The owner asked to give him 5 stars or not write anything. This place not worth more than 2 stars. The A/C didnt work because there was no remote there, the owner except 1st day we didnt see him again, last day we wanted Just to leave our lugagges there for 3,4 hours but as i said no one was there. He didnt gave us a receipt. 60 euros for that room its not good at all.

Don’t book at All Seasons! First of all, the rooms look completely different than in the pictures. They are small and dirty. Second, it’s very hard to find, and we had great difficulty to even get inside the building. There are no sign that point to it, even inside the building, and we had to go to each floor separately to see if it is there. Also, the neighbourhood is quite sketchy. And on top of all that, the owner was really rude! He promised us beforehand that we were going to get a room with two separate beds. When we arrived and he showed us our room, there was one queen size bed. He then said that he can’t change it, and it’s only for one night, we shouldn’t be like that. When we then chose to find a different place to stay, he cancelled our booking but still tried to charge us!! So DO NOT book at All Seasons, it was a really horrible experience!
