Pleasant hotel and we were allocated two rooms that was convenient. Staff are courtegeous. Laundry service is affordable and they provide good service. There is a big pool at the back. Had a pizza and sandwich at the bar that was value for money. If you are looking for good breakfast that's the place to be. Large variety of food served and vegan options also available on demand.
Hotel amenities are great! Amazing lobby with a great bar and pool. Staff are incredibly friendly! The however starts with an AC that does not get cold whatsoever, as well as not being informed you have to have your keycard turned on needs to be left in your hotel room so there’s power, while it is a great idea to help reduce electricity costs it also allows the room to warm up and after long day coming back to a really warm room it’s a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom could get a better clean with bleach for all the red and black mold.
I had an amazing experience with the staff. They were all really helpful and already knew the type of coffee my wife and I were ordering at the pool. Restaurant food was good. For their continental breakfast I would suggest better organization and presentation of the food. Rooms were terrible beds and pillows were hard as rock. Carpets need to be replaced from the hall to the rooms. The bathrooms need upgrade but at the very least, cleaning!!! There was mold from the edges to the ceiling. I have noticed other reviews and the responses from management but I haven’t read one response from management taking accountability. The location is not ideal but it’s manageable if you can or like to walk 15-20 min to the train station in a busy area. I didn’t mind it but I avoided a few times because of how late it was. Everyone on the tour group had the same experience with their rooms so I know it wasn’t only mine. Thanks!
