Holiday Inn Rome Eur Parco Dei Medici by IHG

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn and would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful - from the FO to the F&B staff, who were equally amazing. We would especially like to thank Claudia, who was a true professional and exceptionally kind. I sincerely hope these kind words reach her - she deserves the recognition❤️There were actually two Claudias on shift at the time, but I am referring to the one seated in the right corner of the reception desk - her warmth and professionalism really stood out. The food was also excellent - every meal was extremely tasty! Thank you once again to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Rome!

We loved staying here with our extended family. While dining options are limited nearby, the restaurant at the hotel is wonderful and honestly some of the best food we had during our time in Italy. We stayed at this hotel both before and after returning from a cruise and found the location very convenient. The airport is a quick shuttle/ taxi drive away, and with just a little research, traveling by train to the city center was affordable and relatively easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the outdoor space was very nice. I hope we get the chance to visit again some day!

The pool is nice, my kids enjoyed it but the rooms were the big problems. We only stayed there for 1 night to catch a flight the next morning, the front desk put us in the first floor just only to find out at night that we are just above the kitchen restaurant We couldn’t sleep you could hear plates, chopping etc. very loud. The 2 rooms we paid were not cheap they are price above what Holiday inn usually charge. Our room ceiling was leaking with water, we had to waste our time waiting for them to fix it instead of us relaxing in our room privately. we only stayed for 1 night but all guest should be treated equally or well taken care of and not put us in a room where we can’t relax privately without any loud noise coming from the kitchen specially when we have to wake up early morning for our flight. We have stayed with other holiday inn before and room experience in this hotel is negative.
