We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which was impeccably presented with stunning views and spotlessly clean accommodations. The attention to detail in maintaining the hotel’s appearance and the quality of the amenities contributed significantly to our enjoyable experience. Additionally, the staff were exemplary—accommodating, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made our visit truly memorable. Silvia, along with the rest of the staff, was incredibly supportive, providing timely communication and coordinating efficiently with the shipping company. Silvia went above and beyond, overcoming numerous challenges to ensure our luggage made its way from the charming village of Santa Margherita Ligure to Melbourne, Australia. Lovely hotel tucked away behind the Main Street in central Santa Margherita, you are greeted by friendly well spoke staff and presented your room with a smile. The spa is also better than I had thought it would be. Sauna is a proper 90C and the steam room was great to finish off. The breakfast is passable and included. But the service of the staff is really top notch. I had an issue the night before I left with unruly loud guests nearby at 5am, upon checkout I was granted a little refund for the inconvenience and just the temperament of the guy helping really made me calm a bit. Other that that hiccup by the other guests the hotel is really wonderful’ will return! 6 stars! Oh and they have An EV charger !

“Are you going to drink all that?” I was filling my water bottle because it was hot out and I was asked this by the woman at the front desk. it was a small water bottle btw This place probably won’t be in business very long. Rooms are tiny, decorated like dorm rooms, and most importantly the service is awful. Breakfast is subpar at best. Oh, and the air-conditioning doesn’t really work Also, my wife had a spa treatment with some sort of icy hot skin wrap, which was awful and was advertised as a mud wrap and massage. After this, we canceled our treatments for later that day.
