Limbara Dreaming

Relaxation and tranquility. We stayed at this hotel and immediately felt at home thanks to the always friendly and helpful staff. The silence of the place is appreciated, broken only by the sounds of the animals that populate the Limbara Nature Park.

Look elsewhere, turn away from this hotel now. Never again! Hotel didn't accept card, after explaining repeatedly that some of us were vegetarian and them insisting that they understood they put discrete pieces of chicken in my risotto. Couldn't trust the hygiene or the integrity of the food after that. Didn't apologise. Worse still, the hotel manager used his key to let himself in while I was in the bathroom and my husband was getting dressed - no apology, just a shrug to his other guests to suggest that he must have "already given this room, never mind". Held on to our passports for an uncomfortable amount of time, unnecessary for a prepaid room and we have EU passports. Awful stay, luckily it was no more than one night and we could get away.

Establishment certainly on the verge of bankruptcy, we were the only customers yesterday August 4. No possibility of paying by card, in cash, no coins and no invoice. the people present very welcoming but no manager. This is the third time we've been there, it's changed a lot.
