**No warm water** Unfortunately I can't recommend this place despite the good review in booking.com The host was very nice, the room was ok and location great BUT we were there 3 days and 2 out of 3 we did not have warm water! We said so to the host and the reply was that there is just one boiler for 4 rooms and the other guests must have used all the warm water while he asked everyone to be mindful of it. As a result I had to shower with cold water and that is not acceptable, not for 100€ a night, above all if there are nice hotels for the same price closeby.

This issue has been reported to ECC and Italian tax authorities (ADE). Unsecured ID Requests – They ask guests to email copies of their passport/ID via Gmail, calling it “secure.” This is not safe—never send personal documents over unencrypted channels. Unhygienic Conditions – The bed linens felt used, and the towels were brand new but unwashed—serious sanitation concerns. Poor Communication – The property responds late or not at all, and when they do, it's last-minute. 📍 Only Positive: Central Location – But there are so many better options in the same area at the same price. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
