Highly recommend this hotel!! Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Both the front desk and housekeeping were very polite. We stayed in a triple room this time, and it was spacious and reasonably priced. The hotel also has a hot water pool, and amenities are available for guests to take as needed. It's close to the subway station, and within a 3-minute walk you'll find a 24-hour Donki and convenience stores.

Its location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the subway, making it easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, adding to its appeal. The hotel features self-check-in machines, which made the process quick and hassle-free. The room itself was clean, bright, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall. However, I did notice one downside—the bathtub was clogged with hair, which was quite unpleasant. Better maintenance in this area would improve the experience. Despite this issue, the hotel’s prime location, efficiency, and cleanliness make it a solid option for visitors to Fukuoka. I would stay again, but hope for better bathroom upkeep next time!
Nice hotel with affordable budget for 2 people (couple). However, I had unpleasant experience while staying for 2 days, Chinese couple had a fight in the corridor and keep screaming from 2 AM - 6 AM, I couldn’t sleep well and in the came out from my room and asked to them to be quiet or I will call the police as it was so bad, the guy pulled the girl out of elevator to not let her go. Then I call the front desk, somehow it got quiet. The second day, as the check out time is at 11 AM, the cleaning staff without knocking the door suddenly come into my room around 10:45, I was half naked with my towel, and so surprised why the cleaning staff (foreign lady) didn’t knock the door and just came into my room, once she saw me and my gf, she just close the door and didn’t say anything, which I assume there is no coordination between the cleaning staff and the status of the room. Overall it was OK stay, but I will never stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel anymore.
