ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya by IHG

Loved our stay here! The location couldn’t possibly be more convenient! There’s a train station right next door. There’s also a cute open air mall directly behind it. The staff and service are top notch. The rooms are big, beautiful and comfy. And that breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen in my life! Don’t forget to grab a strawberry pastry from the little case in the lobby! Our party of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would most definitely stay here again.

Only suitable for business travellers! The hotel lifts was hold for business talk. My whole family needs to wait for them to finished their business talk. Too ridiculous! Booked for non-smoking room but still smell. Please ask for non-smoking level to ensure smoke free room. Otherwise, hotel room has great view and good location - 4 mins walk from train station.

I had one of the worst experiences at ANA Crowne Plaza Nagoya, particularly with their spa, Bali Natura. I booked a body massage expecting quality service for the high price I paid, but what I received was far from acceptable. The massage was poorly done, lacking professionalism and attention to detail.When I brought up my concerns, the staff were completely unresponsive and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they blamed the communication gap, claiming that the therapist didn’t speak English — as if that excused the poor service. There was absolutely no effort to make things right or take responsibility. The way the situation was handled showed a clear lack of customer care and accountability. It felt like they were more interested in brushing off complaints than improving the guest experience. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and extremely overrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing or professional spa experience.
