The breathtaking seaview while seating in the onset definitely an unforgettable experience. The most valuable is the tranquility of this hotel.every corner was decorated with their thoughts that represented the local special feature.The staffs are all enthusiasm.The Shiraoi and matsuyama beef shabu-shabu surprised us even we have been so familiar with Japan beef flavor. Though the cleanliness of the room still have minor improvement to go, but with the limited staff member, they have been doing their job so well. We had our stay on 6/13, thanks for your hospitality!

We stayed here for two nights and had a great time! We chose the room with the swinging chair overlooking the water and the pictures are the same as online. The room is very spacious and clean. There were two huge beds, a massage chair, a couch, and a renovated bathroom with a tub and separate toilet room. They even had 3 different yukatas to wear in the hotel. What stood out the most is the hospitality!!! Every single person was so welcoming, sweet, kind, helpful. They really do an excellent job of making you feel at home. The breakfast and dinner menu were different each day. I enjoyed some courses more than others but all the ingredients were fresh and there was soo much food! They also offered us private bath and private sauna as complimentary. They have some snacks (frozen sorbet and the beef soup for night snack are pretty good!) I definitely would recommend if anyone wants to stay in Noboribetsu.

This hotel has not much reviews especially the room, here I attached the video of my room. The room is so spacious and nice and comfy!!!! The beds are so big! The view, perfect!!! Highly recommended!
