Amman Airport Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a tidy bathroom. Housekeeping clearly pays attention to detail, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely consider staying here again.

It starts with the free airport shuttle bus, that stinks like a 30 year old ashtray. The receptionist upon arrival was on the phone, no problem, but upon ending the call the only thing he said was ‘passports’. Got a room on the 5th floor. Very basic room, bed is quite hard, size of the room is sufficient but it was hot and the tiles in the entry were sticky and full of marks. The A/C doesn’t work other than just making noice, after 12 hours the temperature went down from 28 to 26 degrees Celsius on full power. The remote from the TV doesn’t seem to work. The minibar / fridge doesn’t work. The water from the tab and shower is brown even after running for a long time. The internet connection is very bad. WiFi reception is normal but there is no connection to the internet most of the time. Couldn’t find a roomservice menu so not sure if there is, or what the food is like. There is nothing in the area on walking distance. Not worth a stay, even for a short time

-Rooms very basic slightly old requested an iron ! I got it after I called for 3 times took about 40 min. -Security outside you need to have your passport with you to be able to leave the hotel if no you can’t specially if you came from the airport
