I stayed 2 nights at Hotel Douma and had a lovely experience. I was worried at first because I saw a negative review that seemed unfair, but I’m so glad I didn’t let it stop me. The hotel is clean, the team is kind, and the view is amazing. Douma itself has a peaceful and special vibe. I’d definitely come back!
Wonderful Experience! I had a great stay! The service was excellent , very welcoming and always with a smile. The staff were generous and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel is beautiful and reflects the charm of the local area. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
We really enjoyed our experience in Douma Hotel. It started at the reception with a level of professionalism and smiley and welcoming faces. The rooms are really good, comfortable and clean. I would also like to mention the captivating village view that we had from our room. Everyone is amazing there even when we met the manager we felt like we already knew her. We would really recommend this hotel for an amazing escape to the village.
