Our stay at this hotel was simply unforgettable! The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible service from the staff. I have to give a special mention to Eva, who went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. From the moment we arrived, she assisted us with anything we needed, always with a smile and without hesitation. When I wanted to change rooms, she took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism truly made our stay feel special. I also want to thank the hotel’s handyman — such a friendly and helpful person! Whether it was assisting with luggage, delivering items to the room, solving small issues, or simply sharing a pleasant conversation, he was always ready to help with a smile. The rest of the staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were just as wonderful. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and always smiling — it made us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for not only comfort, but outstanding service that makes you feel truly cared for. Great hotel! It has lots of character, an excellent breakfast, great food and a nice Spa. Well worth staying there.

First of all, we had an amazing experience and LOOOVED the service and the location. However, the room (at least our superior) was very outdated. The room needs a little touch up. The interior is definitely unique and beautiful. However, the shower was always a fight. It takes about 5 minutes for hot water to come out and the shower head is terrible. Also, water constantly coming out of the shower and the whole bathroom floor was wet. I wish they can fix this for future comfort of their guest. With SLH status you should stay on track with your standards. Unfortunately it was not worth the money. I would love to mention a staff who incredibly helpful with parking and went outside to help my husband find a parking spot. We didn’t catch his name but thank you so much! Breakfast was an average in a beautiful 16th century cellar. They have spa facility too which is a nice bonus.
