Decently maintained hotel but rooms are closer to 3-star standard in terms of design. At least the rooms are fairly clean and service is good. The location is poor unless you only intend to visit the medical center next door. But private hire transport is cheap and convenient so it depends on where you want to travel to. Price is fairly cheap at 200 MYR per room per night. At least for a last minute booking, it's rather reasonable.

Sorry, i cannot say much. Because i am here for a public talk. What i can say is, from the entrance, it is clean, quiet and look very welcoming. First it was Avangio, but change to Asaya hotel. Car park is accessible. Just next to JMC. In front is metrotown. Where you can look for foods, rhb bank, beauty and spa centre, cafe, baby shop, 7e etc.

I booked through their website. I chose Privilege Double Room as the description and pictures shown a bathtub available. To my disappointment, there's no bathtub, and I was too tired to request for a room change. Nevertheless, the room is spacious and comfortable. Amenities provided include coffee and tea, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, slippers etc. I accidentally left something after checking out. I contacted them via WhatsApp and their housekeeping said there's no lost and found item. I insisted for them to check again as I'm confident I left it in the shower. They replied the next day saying they found it. Parking area is confusing for me. You can park at the basement or upper level. Get your parking ticket to be stamped at the reception, then validate it at the parking office to get free parking. I find this tedious. There's no buffet breakfast. You can choose set meals from their menu. Generous portions but serving time is too long. They should improve this. However, waiters are attentive and friendly.
