I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service and food were exceptional, and the staff were both attentive and genuinely enthusiastic. Every restaurant at the Ritz was impressive in its own way — offering not only delicious cuisine but also a refined and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to the team at Summer Pavilion — the staff there were exceptionally thoughtful and outstanding, making the dining experience truly memorable. The diving spot was also incredible, with a professional and well-organized team that made the whole experience safe, smooth, and unforgettable. World Class and Champions League Winner service. this was a master piece of service level, comfort, customer satisfaction, and client focus.
