Absolutely spectacular! The service is truly top-notch, providing a high-class experience from start to finish. The decor is stunning, with comfortable sofas that invite you to relax. Everything is spotlessly clean, creating a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere. It's the ideal spot to spend some quality time and enjoy a delightful moment. I highly recommend it!

It is a truly 5-star hotel. Great service and location, great rooms. Everything is really top notch. This is a hotel built in the 40s - and the interior design stays loyal to a classical aesthetic - so the vibe may feel not too contemporary to the younger visitors, however everything is top notch in this hotel and I really enjoyed my visit there! Absolutely recommended.

Mixed Experience — Lovely Staff, Poor Management Response We stayed at the Phoenicia while considering it as a venue for our wedding. The hotel itself is beautiful and the frontline staff were absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, and professional. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone we interacted with went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, which we genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by how management handled a serious noise issue. At 2AM, we were woken by extremely loud music from a wedding being hosted at the hotel — despite being told in advance that music would be turned down by 11PM. When I called to raise this, I was told it could go on until 3AM, and it took a lengthy conversation with the night manager in the lobby (barefoot, in my robe, at 2:30AM — not ideal!) to get them to follow their own policy re turning music down. We were the. told the hotel manager would follow up in the morning, but that never happened — and when we asked to escalate to the general manager, we were again brushed off. For a hotel of this calibre, that lack of accountability was disappointing and simply disrespectful, especially given we were seriously considering hosting a wedding with 180 guests there. In short: beautiful property and wonderful staff, but management gave us the clear impression that guest experience isn’t their priority. We won’t be staying again — and we’ve taken our wedding elsewhere.
