Wow, absolutely spoiled forever by this amazing resort 🤩🤩🤩 Such a beautiful beach and pool area, both with plenty of very comfortable sunbeds embedded greatly in the lush tropical landscape. Everything is super spacious and luxurious. The boat house crew is great and offers a perfect variety of watersports. Very friendly and top quality service level overall with a nice personal and authentic touch - each team member on its own is truly making a positive impact. Big thanks to Vikash our beach manager, we loved your positive and passionated attitude and the incredibly great service - Big shout out! Many thanks to Hurry the manager of the Asian Restauran being an amazing host, let us feel truly welcome and wishless happy. The lagoon restaurant „Barrachois“ is another highlight… as we have been there in July („winter“ - we recommend to bring a light jacket for dinner). Our villa was directly facing the ocean, having a very comfortable bed and I loved the facht that also the balkony door can be opened/locked separately… so you walk directly from your room to the beach. A wish would be a remote control for the AC and electric windowblinds (but we really talk about the last remaining space for a cerry on the cake). The room service is spot on and really clean. The gym, sports and spa-area is great and we are blown away by the friendly and top level front desk crew including the butler service, so incredibly helpful! Many thanks to all of you, we will surely come back!

Our stay at Constance Prince Maurice was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism by the reception team, setting the tone for the rest of our holiday. The exceptional customer service was consistent across the entire property—from the spa and housekeeping to in-room dining. Special mention to the Asian Restaurant, which served some of the best dim sums we’ve had. On the evening of 25 July, when seating was unavailable due to Sushi Night, the F&B Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us at an alternate restaurant and had our preferred dishes from the Asian menu served to our table. This level of personalized care was truly commendable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, the beach access was convenient, and the temperature-controlled pool added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. We also deeply appreciated the hotel’s understanding and compassion when one of our family members had to depart early due to an emergency. The hotel promptly refunded the three unused nights, which we consider a reflection of their integrity and guest-first policy. The only limitation we encountered was the location—while serene and idyllic, the hotel is relatively isolated. There are no restaurants or shopping options nearby, and one would need to travel about an hour by road for such activities. Nonetheless, this does not overshadow the overall excellence of the property and its team. A heartfelt thank you to the hotel management and staff for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely recommend this resort to those seeking relaxation, top-tier service, and natural beauty.

We recently returned back from an incredible honeymoon at Constance Prince Maurice. We were greeted in the early hours with our room ready and staff on hand to get us into our room promptly after a long and tiring day travel. The staff were extremely welcoming and made the check in process pain free. We were surprised that we had some lovely honeymoon treats planned for us during our stay which we are thankful for. The entire premises at Prince Maurice are beautiful and very well kept - but it was the service from all staff members that really set this hotel apart. Special mentions to Kiren and those that worked at the lap pool. They made each day so relaxing and we felt taken care of. Another notable mention is Paul (tennis coach) - we had quite a few tennis lessons (and kept booking more!) as Paul was just fantastic. We definitely hope to return and wanted to say thank you to everyone at PM for making our honeymoon so special!
