We had a truly unforgettable dinner at Nest! Captain Armando was exceptionally hospitable and attentive — he made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. His entire team was highly professional and clearly well-trained, working in perfect sync to deliver an outstanding experience. The food was simply incredible. We were served the most delicious lobsters, tender calamari, and perfectly cooked steaks — all beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, made the evening feel special. Thank you, Armando and team, for making our evening so memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Absolutely best hotel experience for family. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but once you make it here they make everything so easy. They make the kids a priority, and ensure parents get to share and indulge in a luxury experience. The food at NEST is consistently great. The staff make you feel like you are part of the family, and always have a smile on their faces. Captain Armando leads a great team, and Axel ensured our family left with fully and happy stomachs. We will definitely be returning for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner multiple times before our trip is over!
We had the best experience at Family Selection Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres! Both of our rooms were ready upon arrival, complete with thoughtful gifts and surprises for our four teenagers—and even for us! The butlers were amazing and always available to help. We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday, and I had requested specific decorations in our room. We were truly impressed, they looked absolutely beautiful, and he received even more surprises! There were always chairs available at the pool and beach, and the room service was super convenient. From the very beginning, manager Javier Ruiz went out of his way to help us. He and his team are the ones who truly make the difference! We would definitely come back, and for those wondering, the Family Selection is worth every penny!
