Hyatt Vivid Grand Island Cancun Adults Only All Inclusive

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and 7 days. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. On the first day, the sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining properly, but after requesting service, the issue was fixed within 30 minutes. We also had a problem with the hair dryer, and once again, the staff quickly provided a replacement. Even with these small issues, the way the hotel handled them immediately made us feel that they genuinely care about their guests. All of the staff members were friendly and considerate throughout our stay. The hotel environment was pleasant, and the food overall was very good. If we come back to Cancun next year for vacation, I think we’d definitely consider staying here again. Thanks to Hyatt Vivid, we enjoyed a successful late-summer vacation in 2025!

stayed at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island Resort in Cancun from July 2 to July 9, and I can confidently say it was the best vacation of my life! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, the entertainment and facilities were top-notch, and everything about the resort was simply beautiful. This time I traveled solo, but I’m already recommending it to my friends and family—and I’m planning to come back in December or January, hopefully with some of them! The only small suggestion I have is regarding the food quality—especially breakfast and lunch. It’s good, but could be improved just a little. Of course, I understand that everyone has different tastes, so this is just my personal opinion. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would give it 10 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!

We stayed 7 nights at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island Cancun and upgraded to the Vantage package upon arrival, totally worth it for 24/7 rooftop access and next-level relaxation. The sunsets up there were unreal! Easily one of the highlights of the whole trip. The resort is clean, food is great, and the staff started off super attentive and friendly. The app made dinner reservations easy, and the buffet was never overcrowded. That said, the last two days felt off. Staff at Coco Cafe refused to make a sandwich for my husband twice, and we felt rushed during dinner. The Beach Club, once a favorite, suddenly charged $80 for beds that had been free before. Also, the loud music and obnoxious aqua fitness classes at the pool killed the vibe a bit. Overall, a good stay, just wish the service stayed consistent through the end.
