Iberostar Selection Coral Cancún Adults Only All Inclusive

This resort is the perfect stay for any occasion! My husband and I are honeymooning and it has been great! The shows and activities have been so fun to watch! They have a wide range of both for any person wanting to participate! We have been watching the shows from our balcony each night and they have been so cool! The activities have been so cool as well. They have a ton to choose from! Definitely recommend this resort!!

Had a blast at Iberostar this past week. From all the entertainment to the food and beverage staff everyone was super awesome and remembered my name around the resort. Loved playing pool games with jimmy everyday while being served by the attentive staff at the pool bar. The night entertainment was great too. We did rock tails which I was one of my favorite activities of the trip.

The main reason for the 1 star is the theft. Staff stole a gucci cologne out of my travel bag in the bathroom during our stay. The staff wanted to then search our room when we reported it missing. So not only did we feel violated due to the theft then they wanted to look thru our room and bags as if we were lying. They took down a report and said "sorry this doesn't normally happen" and that's all we heard. We stayed from the 31st of July to the 6th of August. After the cologne was stolen we couldn't get our room cleaned because we weren't sure what else would go missing. The food was mediocre at best. Steak house was disgusting Hibachi- they have a menu but everyone gets the same thing so not sure why they have a menu. The coral buffet was probably yhr best food there however they left food under the lamps so long it would get hard. Made me very leery of the cold seafood left out. The main buffet was hit or miss. The italian wasn't bad The america bistro we didnt eat there. If you're a picky eater dont go, my nephew lost 5lbs on this trip because he couldn't eat the food. I wouldn't go back to this place even if they paid me. However positive neilson was great and did make our anniversary very special so thank you we do appreciate that. In reference to your response iberostar - how does checking in and out stop someone from placing something in their pocket? It was cologne its not that big. Im sure if someone is willing to steal they wouldn't really be forthcoming when checking out. -
