Sunscape Cancun All Inclusive Resort

We had an amazing family vacation at Sunscape Resort Spa, where I also celebrated my 50th birthday! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and there were so many fun activities for all ages—fitness, dancing, and even turtle watching at night! Loved our walk-out room. Only downside: the shampoo/conditioner should have been better quality and a few services were overpriced. Still, a fantastic, kid-friendly resort I’d happily return to! A big thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so special—you were kind, attentive, and truly made my birthday unforgettable!

My extended family came here for a getaway and we had a great time. A highlight for my four year-old was the kids club - my daughter called it “beach school.“ she loved the kids swim time, the daytime, activities, and the dance party stuff at night. I was expecting to have to talk her into going, but she had a blast with the staff - Ali, Rubi, Ale, Maria, and Ari. I may have forgotten one of them, but I could probably ask my daughter and she would remember. I think the reason this was a highlight for me was because I was not expecting to use this service and it ended up being so great. The service was excellent and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean, especially given that there are so many children here. Although the hotel seemed relatively full, we did not have trouble getting chairs at the pool or tables at the restaurant. Several of my family members is the spa services and that also received high praise. The hotel went to a lot of trouble to check in and make sure that we were happy and enjoying the stay. I can only think of two things that would have made the experience more perfect. First, the restaurants were not very well air-conditioned (it was very hot in Cancun at the time). Second, The people in the lobby selling services that the hotel offers like spa and timeshares, etc were a little too aggressive for my liking- Sometimes I felt like I was being hunted. All in all a fabulous vacation with a lot of wonderful people!

This resort is a lifesaver. They took in an entire canceled flight was able to get us fed and set up in rooms quickly and with a smile on their face. They handled the chaos like pros. My wife was feeling very ill and they were so empathetic, doing everything they could to provide comfort until we could get checked in. They were organized and efficient without sacrificing genuine care and great customer service.
