The service was exceptional. I was always greeted at the door, and when they weren’t busy, the valet consistently opened my car door. The staff was very attentive throughout my visit. The area around the hotel felt safe for running, and there are great restaurants just 2–3 minutes away on foot.

From the moment we walked in, I knew this place was different. Every single member of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was incredibly courteous and genuinely eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, I felt completely taken care of throughout our stay. It's rare to find a hotel where the staff truly seems to care about your experience, but this place nailed it. And the food? Absolutely top-notch. This hotel restaurant offered a fantastic variety of regional dishes, each one more mouthwatering than the last. I’m not exaggerating when I say we could eat here every day. All in all, this hotel set a new standard for what excellent service and great food should look like. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated with the utmost respect, enjoy delicious food, and can just relax knowing you're in good hands, this is it. Can't recommend it enough! What made this stay even more special was that it wasn't just our family staying at the hotel—we we were hosting all of our guests here for our daughter’s wedding. Amazing hotel!! Great location for shopping and dining. Very safe area. All the amenities (Gym, WIFI, Parking, ect.) are top of the line. We will stay here again. Thank you for a great week in Guadalajara!!
