Even they don’t have the intercom telephone in the room and now you can imagine how hard it will be to say them hey I want to change the temperature of ac and they will come with remote and change from inside of your private space. When I first booked, it was a 4 star hotel so I had pretty high expectations. However, after arriving, I was VERY disappointed. When we arrived in our room, the futon bed was all ripped and torn up. It was really disgusting. The bathroom had so much dust and dirt behind the door and the bathroom window doesn’t close completely so you can hear everyone and everyone can hear you. The most annoying thing was that they advertised free WiFi and a safe. There is WiFi however, it does not reach ANY room in the entire hotel so you can’t use it at all. And there was ABSOLUTELY no safe at all. Definitely will not be going back.
