Great hotel! Price is very reasonable for the quality. They have an underground parking garage, which is ideal if you travel by car. Finding the entrance of the hotel is a bit difficult, from the parking garage you first need to go to PG en then to the Lobby. To check in. The rooms are very neat and clean. Everything is new and modern. Spacious and with good provisioning. (We were is 105) The view is not that great, we were looking on the side roof of a building with airco units. With a little adjustment, maybe some plants or so this could easily be made nicer. Also it’s quite noisy, there was a business meeting, while we had breakfast. So they kind of talked all the way through breakfast. But besides that, for €10 more incl breakfast it’s a great hotel and deal. The fruit is fresh, enough variation in food, eggs are good. The service however is great, we had Emanuel serving us and he is super sweet and client oriented😊 Haven’t been to the swimming pool, my husband and daughter said it was a bit dull/lifeless and not really inviting to stay there. Besides this especially for shorter stays would for sure recommend!
The hotel is ok, the pictures oversell it a bit. Positives: - Free and easy parking under the hotel with clear instructions - Bed is good and design of the two beds separated by the wooden wall give some kind of privacy when traveling with kids - Very clean - There are good convenience services walking distance like a 7/11 Starbucks, coffee places, pharmacy, money exchange etc - breakfast is ok - gym and pool are ok even though pool space is not so cozy Negatives: - Don’t eat at hotel besides breakfast, food was very very basic and my wife felt sick afterwards - we asked for pasta without sauce and they put broccoli in it instead which was very strange - it’s very far from the center so if you want to be close to center don’t stay there - shower head was crap and water takes 2 minutes to become hot
Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to our expectations. We did not feel particularly welcome by all of the waiters, especially one with glasses who was extremely unfriendly – but strangely, he was much nicer to the locals (we wonder why?). There were no spa sandals provided for guests, despite having a pool. Not even when we specifically asked for them. For a hotel that wants to convey luxury, this felt rather embarrassing. The pool area was very cold and sterile, a few plants could have made it look much more inviting. The room was smaller than expected and already showing signs of wear and tear. The outdoor fans were extremely loud and could be heard up to the 7th floor! Despite requesting a quiet room, it was noisier than expected. The breakfast options could definitely benefit from more variety. There were no vegan alternatives for yogurt, which should be expected from such a hotel. And the absolute outrage: a nice professional coffee machine that is always turned off, and if you want a coffee (other than the awful filter coffee), you have to pay extra. What’s that about? The laundry service is way too expensive. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the center. On top of that, the food we ordered to our room was the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. Two dishes that were almost identical, even though they were supposed to be different meals. It was terrible. Positive Aspects: The underground parking was very convenient, and the gym was okay for a quick workout. The room cleaning was thorough, and overall, the room was kept quite tidy. The breakfast buffet was decent, although it could have used more variety. Price-wise, it was acceptable given the location and amenities.
