Novotel Mexico City World Trade Center

Really good hotel with a very nice location (multi bus is right in front of the hotel). Nice view from our hotel room. We had breakfast twice and it was really yummy every time. The service (Juan, Cesar, Enrique, Marisol & Paty)is excellent.

Perfect location for business, travel, public transport. Five star for breakfast. Shout out to Juan, cool guy, always helpful. Stayed here two separate times within a year, so obviously fan of this place. First time was solo, great experience. Second time with my family, 4 of us. Biggest issue was the size of room, smaller than expected for 4 people. So just be aware.

Two downsides, otherwise perfect stay: my accor status (free breakfast) wasn't known to the crew, creating a bit of a hassle and back and forth. Online pre checking with adding a passport and verifying faces is nice. Not nice is when you arrive at the hotel and recognize that you did it for nothing and the crew copies your passport and follows the usual process. If you offer this great service, make sure the crew on site is aware and also activate the digital key.
