I love this hotel! Super friendly staff. Accommodating to all my needs. Extremely clean and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. The air conditioner works perfectly. I need the room super cold at all times and it felt like heaven there! The restaurant has delicious food and very cheap!
It is difficult to understand all the good reviews (fake?). This is a two star hotel. Stained towels and linen, no internet, and even the shuttle bus was late at 6AM. Food would require another chapter, so my recommendation: do not eat. I want to thank Aeromexico for organizing this accommodation/experience.
We had a awful experience here, it is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel but that was not the case, our support pet was rejected access to the restaurant even if he was on his bag back, no touch or understanding from personnel and cause a large amount of distress to my wife. Not to mention that our assigned room was not ready, we had to wait on a HOT hall with no AC and were asked to keep on waiting until cleaning was done, and we arrived after 4pm. We were shocked that we were assigned a room that was not near ready for staying DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
