Grand Cantalagua Hotel Morelia BW Signature Collection

My stay was very relaxing, check-in and check-out were smooth. I loved that it was quiet at night, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Room service was nice, it didn’t took long for them to arrive with our order. I would suggest there was a mini fridge in the rooms, it would be essential. There were a few minor issues—the bathroom mirror light took a while to turn on, possibly due to a wiring issue. Also, one of the bath towels had a stain that looked like makeup or something beige, which of course I didn’t use because it was disgusting haha. The breakfast was average, with a limited menu but still decent overall. However, the orange juice was disappointing—it tasted bland and didn’t seem to be made from fresh oranges. The bread was also a letdown, as it was slightly burnt and too hard. On the bright side, the fruit was fresh and in excellent condition.

Rooms are spacious with safety boxes. My reservation included a courtesy bottle of wine, took 3X times asking for it before it was delivered. Requested a softer pillow, never got it. Check in and check out was pretty easy though.
