The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya

We spent a week at the St. Regis Kanai in June with our extended family and it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It’s a quick trip from the southeastern US (vital for us with two toddlers) but away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the resorts in Cancun. The property is breathtaking. Everything is clean and new, the architecture is gorgeous, and they’ve done a great job of creating special little spaces for you to happen upon and enjoy throughout the day. The food was amazing. I’m not a resort person generally because I think the food is overpriced and very mediocre. Everything was delicious and presented well. Good selection and great cocktails. Service was above and beyond. Staff were prompt, courteous, and genuinely concerned about your experience. They were fabulous with our kids and really made the experience. Everything about this stay far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

This St. Regis is above 5 stars they go above and beyond in customer service. We lost our glasses 30ft into the jungle and two days later they brought them to our room. Riviera bar was amazing Liz, Agustin and Hazel are amazing. Carlos and Dali, our butlers always delivered. We didn’t know they had daily complimentary cooking or cocktail making classes but that’s ok. It’s an excuse to come back. FIVE STARS and already planning the next trip.

This was our 2nd visit back to the St. Regis Kanai Resort. We had such an incredible vacation with our son in June 2023 that we decided to come back. The hotel definitely has become more popular and busier since our last visit, but service did not disappoint. Pool/beach staff (Daniel, Marco, and Moises) were very attentive, as well as the new supervisor who was so welcoming and nice! The restaurant staff was also very on point and attentive to whatever we needed. The resort is very family friendly and both our son and daughter enjoyed themselves. We are already planning our return next year!
