A hidden Gem & True Paradise! Our recent stay at this incredible resort felt like stepping into paradise. We spent four unforgettable days here- and honestly, we could've stayed even longer. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality from Moses. He greeted us at check in and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Every morning the lovely hostess, Catherine welcomed us at breakfast with the kindest smile. And let me tell you, every single meal was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We truly looked forward to every bite! (No buffet style here!) My mother and I soaked up every moment of relaxation--from the main pool to the saltwater pool to our own private plunge pool. The vibes? Unmatched.A special shout out to Bryan, Marco and mi amigo Alberto, who whipped up the freshest smoothies for us every morning. After dinner each night, we'd unwind with a nightcap at the charming Piano Bar and mingle a bit before retreating to our room. The entire resort is quaint, quiet and perfectly tucked away for the ultimate reset. Now, a quick heads-up; upon arrival, there was a very strong smell of seaweed (Sargassum) in the air, which is common in this region this time of year. It hit me like a ton of bricks upon arrival but the staff explained it and even brought us a bowl of fresh coffee beans as requested to help mask the scent. Honestly, after you relax, and soak up the serene atmosphere, you barely notice it. If you're looking for peace, intentional service, delicious food and true luxury without the crowd-this is the place! We left feeling renewed, connected and already dreaming of our next visit! What an amazing trip. The resort is still pretty new after reopening under Marriott. Breakfast and lunch were great, dinner still needs some figuring out though. Ivan was working as a server most days of our trip and made everything so enjoyable. At the pool, Candido and Eugenio were the best and always made sure we had drinks or water. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The rooms are incredible and much larger than I anticipated. And it's so relaxing listening to the waves crash just outside the window. The resort is fairly small too, I think around only 100 rooms so it really felt like luxury. We will definitely be back!

Loved everything about the resort except for the seaweed. Hopefully they are able to prevent the seaweed from dying onshore and reduce the smell. The smell was absolutely horrid. Literally thought about leaving early because of it. I took off a star as I can tell the resort is still dealing with growing pains. As platinum elite members we are used to a much smoother check-in at resorts. We had to wait several hours to get our room when we provided our check-in time on the app. I was upset but made the best of it. The food and service made up for the bad check-in experience. Some reviewers have said that the resort doesn’t offer a true all-inclusive experience but I disagree. I like that they keep it small and simple. They seem to prioritize quality over quantity and I like that. I personally don’t need 5 different dinner choices. The 24/7 room does not lack in any way.
