Hotel is excellent, among the nieces hotels I've stayed in. The service from all parts of the hotel is among the best service. The food here is also really good. A full restaurant and bar. A really great hotel to stay.
EXCELLENT HOTEL in Mexico with a GREAT Bar and lovely Restaurant on property! The rooms are well appointed, repleat with refrigerators and microwaves available in the rooms! As a Flight Attendant, the aforementioned is a very important amenity. In addition, the inside pool area/jacuzzi is quite appealing! The staff is beyond accommodating! Specifically, I was pleased to interact with, as well as so very impressed with Angelica, who works for the housekeeping department. She spoke/speaks FLAWLESS English! In fact, it is my opinion that she would be so very AWESOME as an employee at the Front Desk or as a member of the concierge! Angelica is AMAZING! There are local restaurants nearby in walking distance, as well as staples located in the United States such as HEB and Wal-Mart! All in all, a FANTASTIC Hotel!
Good value but a few issues starting with no hot water to shower in the morning. Not enough drinking water in the room for coffee. And we were told breakfast started at 6 (it actually started at 7) and despite the fact we explained we had a 10 hour drive ahead of us, they wouldn't let us sit 20 minutes early so we could get on the road. The one saving grace was our amazing waiter and fantastic food at dinner.
