Wonderful hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Close to pyramids and balloon rides. Restaurant was very good. We had an awesome time. Thanks!
The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. My girlfriend participated in a fire ritual which was out of the blue, and an amazing surprise. This place is awesome. We got there close to midnight and starving. Their kitchen was closed but the manager called a place in town and had food delivered to our room. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.
Good: clean rooms, clean pool, good size standard room, GF loved the balcony. Bad: bed is very hard. Toilet is old fashioned with exposed plumbing with loud and long flush. Reception not very friendly (at least to me), playing loud 50s US music all day in pool area, which would’ve been nice and peaceful otherwise. Loud bathroom fan with no way to turn off
