Great views and location. Hotel is old and well worn but clean. Price way to high! Clearly a one time never repeat location. Restaurant was tried twice. Each time the for cold and tasteless. The waiter very attentive. Way overpriced for the quality. Beware of the “mini margarita”. Twice the price and half a glass - worst I’ve ever had in Mexico. I recommend looking elsewhere to get value for your money.
This hotel have no wifi en ñ the room!!! Booking before check!! That’s lie on google map!! Old hotel and equipment is old and smelly. I stay in 809 and my door in Beth room can’t even open totally. Only thing I like is out door swimming pool and service of restaurant. The other hand they allow people outside into the outdoor swimming pool. For me is not safe and loud. I don’t think will com back again.
Made a reservation months prior, and they cancelled out of the blue 2 days before my arrival. They had my credit card, email account and phone. They decided just to do nothing. Terrible attitude. Awful experience. No customer service, and complete lack of accountability from the staff.
