I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ziryab The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend Hotel Ziryab to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. I can’t wait to return

Had a beautiful stay at this hotel; the staff were amazing. The $50 price for a night is a bit expensive for what they're offering, but still I've enjoyed my stay.

I regret choosing Hotel Zyriab for my stay, and the main reason is the appallingly rude receptionist. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with hostility and an unprofessional attitude that made the entire experience unpleasant. The receptionist seemed annoyed by even the simplest requests and displayed zero interest in helping. Their dismissive tone and unkind remarks made it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. It felt like I was being talked down to rather than treated with respect. What’s even more disappointing is that when I tried to express my concerns, they showed no remorse or willingness to resolve the situation. This lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable for any hotel. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. There are far better options out there where you’ll actually feel welcome. Hotel Zyriab needs to seriously reconsider how they train their staff and address such blatant unprofessionalism.
