Cute little Moroccan bungalows they have created with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helped us to get out luggage to the room. The front desk was super helpful. The breakfast was ok could have done with so hot omlette/ egg tagine. The bred were quite dry. But the stay was awesome with lovely orange trees around. Nice and clean place. Would recommend this place for stay.
The bus ride to the hotel is quite an experience, luckily we went here at night, so we only saw where we were going in the morning. Rooms not ready - problems with the toilet, drain in the shower. The rooms are spacious, but they probably remember better times. An unpleasant surprise was the panties from the previous guests in the bed. The problem could not be solved with the staff, because we arrived late at night. But our tour guide helped. The bungalows are quite far from the reception, but the staff is ready to carry your suitcases to the room. That is positive. The hotel management had to serve us breakfast, because the staff did not come to the shift on time in the morning. The food selection was average. One night was manageable, but for a longer stay I would probably look for a hotel closer to the city.
My experience at this hotel was, quite frankly, a disaster. What should have been a pleasant stay turned into a series of disappointments, starting with a complete lack of professionalism and ending with service quality far below even the most basic expectations. Rooms in deplorable condition: Dirty, poorly maintained, full of cobwebs, insects, and even lizards inside. The feeling of neglect was overwhelming and entirely unjustifiable—especially given the high price point. A disgraceful breakfast: I would rate it as minus five stars. Stale bread, dry pastries, bitter tea, burnt balboula... and to top it off, a basic cup of coffee cost an extra 35 DH. An utterly embarrassing experience that would be unacceptable even in a budget hostel—let alone in a hotel that markets itself as high-end. Unjustifiable value for money: The prices charged bear no relation whatsoever to the quality of service provided. The hotel sells the image of peace, comfort, and luxury, but the reality is the opposite: neglect, poor management, and complete disregard for the guest experience. Dirty, unsupervised pool: Even early in the morning, the pool water was cloudy and unclean. No staff was present to maintain or monitor the area—just another example of the overall lack of care. A personal reflection: If Morocco is aiming to host the 2030 World Cup, I find it deeply concerning that establishments like this are still operating within the tourism sector. The lack of professionalism, quality standards, and respect for guests damages the country's international image and reputation. Conclusion: I will not return, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I paid for quality and received nothing but neglect.
