Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff provided good service and were attentive throughout. The hotel is in a central location, making it very convenient. Prices can feel a bit high at times, but with offers it provides good value for money. Overall experience: 9/10
The room is really good. The staff is helpful. They have mini bar in the room. The bed is clean and fluffy. Food is really good.
Room bathroom had roaches. Lots of bass sound (probably from the theater) during the day. Could listen to mouse running at ceiling. Master bedroom bed had two mattresses joined together, it was quite uncomfortable to sleep at the middle.
