Great location, easy access to transport network, informative reception team, quiet, clean, comfortable rooms. Great views from room. Room as described and shown on layout - would have been great to have some milk and sugar with the tea / coffee offering in the room. Complimentary cleaning box was a great touch. So nice to have a suite with living / kitchen space. Room had everything we needed. Stroopwafel really nice on check in /out
We had a wonderful stay at Cityden. We we're able to rent bikes right at the hotel or get bus tickets as needed.. Our studio apartment was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff we're very helpful and kind. We loved the restaurant on site as well. I highly recommend Cityden for a great place to stay while in Amsterdam.
My family and I (five people in total) stayed in a three-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor for eight nights. Here’s what I thought: Positives: Great views from the apartment. The place was exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds and a decent main room. The kitchen had both a microwave and a fridge. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near bus stations. There’s a coffee shop and a small market within the hotel, which is useful for quick needs. The apartment was quiet. Negatives: The main bedroom didn’t have a cupboard. No lock on the main room’s door. No washing machine available. Despite being described as a three-bedroom apartment, it was actually one room with two additional beds in the corridor. While this setup works for children, it doesn't offer much privacy for adults. Cleaning is only provided once every seven days, which isn’t ideal—especially since apartments like these need more frequent cleaning.
