Holiday Inn Amsterdam Arena Towers by IHG

The hotel has excellent common areas, and it seems there is a rooftop-like space, but it was closed—it would be great if it could be used! Also, the restaurant service is of excellent quality; everyone is very attentive and available. In general, we were served by Alondra, and she provided outstanding service. She is a well-trained person who knows how to meet guests’ needs—very helpful and kind!

A Little out of Central Amsterdam but with the Metro, Train and Bus Station only a 5 minute walk away, this is the perfect place for a base for visiting Amsterdam, The Hotel is Spacious, brightly decorated and staff from the moment you walk through the doors cannot do enough for you, our room was excellent with fridge and iron and well large enough, plugs were in ample supply around the room and walk in shower was large and excellent. We booked breakfast on arrival and this was ample and a plentiful selection of everything, our hostess Nkem made our stay as she looked after us on our first trip aboard. She really was an asset to the Holiday Inn group as nothing was too much trouble for each and everyone of the staff If you looking to stay in this hotel you will be sure of a friendly welcome and first class service from the all the team at this hotel

great journey at this hotel for Jin’s concert, the staff was awesome and very friendly, they made sure to make us feel at ease and comfortable while not hesitating to hear about our experience at the concert ! what an experience! special thanks to Tyson who made our stay even more enjoyable by being so kind, you deserve the world
