Horizon Hotels

Has a pretty good location and the environment is serene ; however, their rooms have poor lightening and the water system is awful. No water heater, no blanket and the pillows are old and raged. In addition, their intercom is absent at best. No internet connection.

This is the Worst Hotel Experience I have ever had in my life!!! No water, no light (they refused to turn on the gen), and their services is extremely poor!!! Mosquitoes and cockroaches are literally everywhere!!! I really regret staying here. It’s the Worst!! Don’t even give it a try they are insanely horrible

Location of the hotel is good but they’re bad in every other way you can think of, rooms look like they’re infested with bedbugs, on the night I got there, there were roaches 🪳 in the room, the pop in the toilet was spoilt with a roof widely open, ac had no control, basically i couldn’t sleep there, they offered to give me another room (water wasn’t running, I’ll need to call the hotel attendant to get me a bucket of water if I need to use the loo/bathroom) it was just an hilarious experience, I asked for a refund (they were asking me to come back and use the money whenever next I come to Kano; just imagine) ps: I got refunded
