Check-in and out is self-service which we liked best. Our room met our expectations. I liked best which is not common on all hotels we've been are their ritual products: shampoo, bodywash and lotion and even in the swimming showers and bathrooms😍. We had a superb breakfast also.. This hotel is recommended. Near to all stores, fast food and ikea
Very good and clean bedroom and we like the breakfast here. The breakfast service woman and man both are friendly and helpful. The food is also good! Thank you so much.
Extremely disappointing experience. The room equipment left a very poor impression — the hairdryer was completely non-functional. When I reported the issue to the front desk, the staff showed no willingness to assist. They simply said "sorry" and made no further effort to resolve the situation. What was even more disturbing was that, immediately after, they turned to the neighboring staff and laughed in a way that could be interpreted as mocking. This behavior felt disrespectful and possibly discriminatory. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism.
