Wonderful Stay at Levatio Suite Muscat (29th March 2025 - till today date) I had the pleasure of staying at Levatio Suite Muscat with my family from 29th March 2025, and I'm writing this review during my stay in room 4611. It has truly been a wonderful experience so far. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and efficient, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Very convenient, with easy access to taxis & walking distance to the nearest Mosque. I’ve found it very easy to get around and there are several amenities nearby, including restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls, making my stay even more comfortable. I also want to give a special mention to the housekeeping service. Mohammed Ripon and the entire housekeeping team have been exceptional. My room has always been spotless, and they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need. Their attention to detail has been impressive and truly contributed to the overall quality of my stay. As I’m writing this review, I can say that the combination of great service, an ideal location, and top-notch housekeeping has already made this an unforgettable experience. I hope the remaining days of my stay continue to provide the same high level of service and comfort for me and my family. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future!
I was looking forward to staying here especially since I picked it, and we walked to a well written card by the manager, which we thought was thoughtful, but our experience so far has been disappointing. The suites aren’t well equipped, to the point of discomfort. So many things were missing, there was no kettle, no tissues, one small spoon, one mug, one glass, one plate, one pair of slippers… We had to ask for some of it at least 3 times, 1 in person and 2 by phone. The female receptionist ignored our presence while tending to another customer (she could’ve acknowledged us & asked us to wait) and then just asked the employee who helped with our luggage to see what we needed, and although he took notes, we never got anything until I called a few hours later. There is dust all over the furniture, and some shower walls looked like they have mould. My husband said it didn’t feel like a Radisson place, and the reviews really misled us. The location is great though, probably why we didn’t cancel the rest of our stay.
I had a disappointing experience with the reservation and communication process at this hotel. During my initial booking, I had clearly requested a stay extension and was given the price for the extended dates. At the time of check-in, I paid the full amount including the extension. However, a few days before my check-in, I received a call from the hotel asking why I hadn’t checked out — which was confusing, since my check-in hadn’t even happened yet. After some back-and-forth, they informed me that the extension had not been processed on their end, despite me having paid for it. Due to their internal communication error, I was forced to repay for the extension in order to secure my stay. This was both frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering I had already confirmed and paid for the extension earlier. A smoother and more transparent reservation process would have made a big difference. I hope the management addresses this to avoid similar issues for future guests.
