Hyatt Place Hangzhou International Airport is exceptionally well-located, directly connected to Hangzhou Airport—just a short walk from the terminals. It’s perfect for travelers in transit or those heading into the city, as the metro station is easily accessible from the airport itself. There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, making snacks and essentials easy to grab anytime, and just a short walk away are various restaurants around the airport. The room was impressively spacious and well-designed, featuring a large, soft bed, modern amenities, and a clean, smoke-free environment. The atmosphere was peaceful, offering a relaxing stay with large windows providing great views of the airport. The bathroom was spacious and elegantly designed. Although I didn’t get to try the breakfast due to a short layover, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again—convenience, comfort, and quality all in one place.

The lobby is absolutely stunning—modern, swanky, and beautifully designed, making for a fantastic first impression. My room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect combination of comfort and style. Everything felt fresh and modern, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast buffet on the ground floor. The selection was impressive, catering to both Asian and Western palates. I loved the Chinese options, including congee and noodles, while the bacon, eggs, toast, and croissants were perfect for those craving a classic Western breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch! Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Place was nothing short of amazing. The combination of luxurious ambiance, excellent service, and fantastic dining options makes this hotel a true gem. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and cannot wait to come back for another stay!

Spent one night for a connecting flight. The hotel is a few steps walk outside of terminal 4. You can take the airport luggage cart to the hotel as well. Check-in was smooth and the kids received amenities as well including toys. Very good for transiting people. Breakfast was standard and had bakeries as well.
