Customer service is very bad. Nobody speaks English. They tried to charge me 300RMB to call me a taxi, I didn't accept and then they didn't call it. The receptionist starts playing with his cell phone while you are talking to him, he doesn't even answer you until he finishes playing, he was playing a war game. The rooms are very dirty, and need a lot of repairs. The rude receptionist served me on November 2 in the afternoon. I told him I was going to file a complaint with the hotel owner and he said ok and continued playing with the cell phone. Nothing like this had ever happened to me before.

***DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS THERE IS NO OTHER CHOICE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!*** They say they offer shuttle service from Pudong airport and to ring them when you get to the airport. I rang them five times, they hung up on me each time. I had to pay for a taxi, and when I finally got there they said they hung up cause they couldn't understand me! Perhaps you shouldn't advertise these services if it requires you communicating with foreigners! The check in process took half an hour cause there was one guy serving literally busloads of customers. The room was disgusting - there was rubbish (presumably from the previous guests). There was mould growing in the bathroom, and worst of all, a USED BAND AID in the shower. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. They refused to give me a refund on account of me staying the night (I had no other choice as it was 11pm by the time I got to the room). DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
